Please note that all in person training takes place in the Centre for Strength and Athlete Development, Ottawa (Canada).
If it's your first time booking with us we'll be in touch before your first session to find out more about you, your goals and how we can most efficiently get you the results you're after.
See below our basic booking options for in person training. You can choose between a one off session and a bundle buy. If these do not fit your requirements or you're unsure, we'd be very happy to have a chat before you book with us. Please contact us!
Keen to exercise in your own time and space? We're happy to offer remote personal training for those further afield. Our online programmes are tailored to you and include online check-ups to track your progress. We can provide anything from single session plans to fully structured multi-week programmes. Online programmes can be as short or as long as you would need, but we'd normally recommend a minimum of 12 weeks as this is a good period to achieve a goal.
If you'd prefer to combine our tailored online programme with in-person check-ups at our fitness studio then a hybrid programme may be right for you. In this way you can follow our programme in your own time whilst popping in every now an then. We can be flexible around your in person visits and adjust to your needs.
Pricing for either of the above will be done on a case by case basis.
